online personal training keeps you accountable, is fully personalised and is just $35 per week!

what is Online Personal training?

It’s like a PT in your pocket! First, we get a thorough understanding of your goals, lifestyle and current level of strength and fitness. From there, we write a tailored, periodised training program and you achieve your goals!

These programmes are perfect for ALL levels of fitness. We greatly value inclusion of all body types, shapes and sizes in training; at JN Fit we don’t believe a persons size is an indicator of their health.

You don’t need to be fit or strong to start! You will be  in a supportive, non-judgemental space for personal growth and achievement. 

To allow for results and progression, the initial sign up is 12 weeks. After that, you can cancel anytime!

How it works:

Step 1. You get in touch, and we send you an online consult form

Step 2. Choose how many weekly sessions you want, and their duration (we recommend 3-5 sessions)

Step 3. A program is created for you in an interactive app called Trainerize

Step 4. We set up your weekly direct debit (you can also choose to pay upfront if you prefer)

Step 5. Start training!

  • Pre and Post Natal

We can program for gym or home workouts!

What is trainerize?

Trainerize is an interactive training app. You download it (it’s free!), set up your profile, and view your training program. 

Features:

  • Video tutorials for all exercises 
  • Tracks your workouts
  • Records your personal bests
  • Instant messaging with your PT
  • Schedule in your training, and set up reminders for accountability
  • It can link to most smart watches, and even nutritional apps like My Fitness Pal
