*My online programmes are now suitable for beginners, too! Minimum term is 12 weeks initially then cancel anytime with 1 payments notice.

You can enquire HERE , and I’ll send out the online consultation form. Once completed we arrange payment, I write a tailored, periodised training programme and email it to you within 48hrs. Easy!

Working together we achieve your goals, build strength and gain confidence. The service you’ll receive is comprehensive, and designed for long-term adherence for maximum results.

These programmes are perfect for ALL levels of fitness. I greatly value inclusion of all body types, shapes and sizes in training; I don’t believe a persons size is an indicator of their health. You don’t need to be fit or strong to start! You will be training in a supportive, non-judgemental space for personal growth and achievement.
